Through yoga, sound baths, mindful meals, and creative plant workshops, you’ll find space to rest, reset, and realign with your goals for the year ahead.

Meet Your Teachers

  • Kaitlin - Host and Yoga Instructor

    Kaitlin is the founder of Bigfoot’s Rockeaters, a unique blend of yoga studio, plant shop, and creative community space based in Kingsville, Texas. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, a 200-hour certified meditation teacher, and currently completing her 500-hour advanced yoga training. Kaitlin specializes in creating accessible, mindful experiences for all levels and physical abilities — guiding students to reconnect with their breath, body, and the natural world around them.


    Her teaching style is gentle yet grounded, drawing inspiration from the rhythms of the coast, the resilience of desert plants, and the healing power of community. As a studio owner and lifelong student of holistic wellness, Kaitlin brings an open heart and a deep respect for balance — blending movement, stillness, and soulful conversation to help others find renewal and peace.

    Megan - Yoga Instructor

    With over 15 years of teaching experience, Megan is a certified yoga instructor and former ballerina whose approach blends grace, precision, and purpose. Her classes focus on mobility and injury prevention, enhancing both everyday movement and athletic performance.


    Drawing from a diverse background in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Hot Yogalates, Megan offers classes that range from deeply relaxing to dynamic and intermediate. Her teaching style is sophisticated yet approachable—designed to restore balance, build strength, and inspire mindful movement.

  • Erin - Sound Therapy Practitioner

    Erin Adair is a Clinical Herbalist and Holistic Energy Practitioner devoted to helping others heal naturally through mind, body, and spirit. Through her work at Zenfinity Apothecaria, she blends ancient plant wisdom with modern energy healing, sound therapy, and intuitive guidance. Erin’s approach is heart centered, empowering others to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves, and step into balance and wholeness.

  • Stephanie - Licensed Massage Therapist

    Stephanie, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011, blends knowledge of anatomy and nervous system function with a calm, restorative approach. She believes the body has an innate capacity to heal when supported in the right environment, helping clients reset, recover, and restore balance.

  • Kacie - Licensed Massage Therapist

    Kacie has been a licensed massage therapist in Corpus Christi for over 10 years. A graduate of Hands On Approach Massage School and certified personal trainer, she combines her knowledge of movement and strength with therapeutic bodywork to help clients feel their best. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her daughter, staying active, and relaxing with a good book.
