1. Terms of Service

By using our website, booking classes, purchasing products, or participating in events, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Bigfoot’s Rockeaters. These terms cover use of our services, class bookings, product purchases, and your responsibilities as a customer.

2. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process bookings, purchases, and communications. We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Plant Orders ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS Priority Mail to ensure safe delivery.
  • Print-on-Demand Items are fulfilled by our third-party vendors and ship according to their schedules.
  • All Other Items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Plant Purchases

  • 10-day return policy.
  • Must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Receipt required.

Merchandise Purchases

  • 30-day return policy.
  • Must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Receipt required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables, custom items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 10 business days once approved.
  • Contact us at info@bigfootsrockeaters.com for return authorization before mailing anything back.

5. Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy

  • Regular Classes (e.g., yoga, pottery): Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

    • Late cancellations will receive credit toward a future class.

  • Workshops: Must also be canceled 24 hours in advance, but no credit will be issued for cancellations after the deadline.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in any class, session, or workshop at Bigfoot’s Rockeaters, you agree to the following:

Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Participant Agreement

  • You voluntarily participate at your own risk.
  • You affirm that you are physically fit and have disclosed any relevant medical information.
  • You assume all risk of injury from yoga, pottery, or similar activities.
  • You release K&K Ceramics LLC (DBA Bigfoot’s Rockeaters), its owners, staff, and instructors from all liability for injury, illness, or loss.
  • You accept responsibility for any damages caused to the facility or equipment.
  • You agree that photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
  • For minors, a parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver on the child’s behalf.
  • Full details are provided at checkout and must be accepted before booking.
