Welcome to Bigfoot’s Rockeaters (operated by K&K Ceramics LLC). By using our website, purchasing products, or booking classes and workshops, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders, Sales, and Payments

All purchases made through our websites or physical retail store are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes and Workshops

Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable; however, a credit will be issued to use toward a future class booking.
Workshops follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy but are non-creditable after that time (i.e., no refunds or credits).
Credits issued expire one year from the date of issuance.
Plant Purchases
We offer a 10-day return policy on plant purchases from the date of receipt.
Plants must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns require proof of purchase.

Plants are considered perishable and exceptions may apply; please contact us with questions.

Merchandise Purchases

We offer a 30-day return policy on merchandise (non-perishable) items from the date of receipt.
Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
Returns require prior authorization and proof of purchase.
Return shipping address is the same as above.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us at info@bigfootsrockeaters.com within 7 days for any defects, damages, or errors.
We will evaluate and work with you to make it right.

4. Liability Waiver

IMPORTANT: For all classes, workshops, and events, participants are required to review and accept a separate Liability Waiver before booking. This waiver limits our liability for personal injury or property damage related to participation.

By booking and attending any class or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the waiver terms.

Note: The Liability Waiver is a separate agreement and must be accepted prior to booking.

5. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy page] for information on how we collect and use your data.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking classes or purchasing products.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to interfere with bookings or fraudulently obtaining services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
